Outside of her full-time role as AYA Program Manager\, she runs her own photography business on a flexible schedule\, capturing the stories of local entrepreneurs\, authors\, chefs\, fitness brands\, families\, and more\, earning additional income while doing what she loves. She enjoys helping people share their passions\, stories\, and businesses\, elevating them through professional imagery that highlights their unique voice. \nPreviously\, Ashley served as Program Manager for the non-profit Kids in Focus\, where she supported youth in exploring creativity and visual storytelling. Through Aspiring Youth Academy\, she mentors teen entrepreneurs\, helping them build businesses that light them up\, tell their story\, elevate their personal brand\, and get a head start on professional opportunities.

DESCRIPTION:Aspiring Youth Academy\, in partnership with First Tee – Phoenix\, invites high school students to a hands-on Innovator Circle focused on golf\, leadership\, and entrepreneurship. \nTeens will learn golfing fundamentals\, explore leadership skills\, and hear how golf and entrepreneurship connect—with insights from the First Tee – Phoenix team on how lessons from the course translate into real-world confidence and decision-making. \nThis event will also feature special guest speakers Daryl and Derek Crawford\, twin brothers who bring valuable entrepreneurial insight and mindset shaped by a lifetime in golf. Daryl serves as General Manager of Papago Golf Club\, and Derek is the Tournament Director. Both played junior\, high school\, and college golf together\, ultimately competing as teammates at Arizona State University\, and will share how leadership\, service\, and an entrepreneurial approach have guided their careers. \nWho Should Attend:\nHigh school students ages 14–18 \nWhat to Wear:\nSports attire or a polo\, athletic shoes (closed-toe) \nWhat You Will Learn:\nThis event is designed to help teens build skills\, try something new\, and connect with peers in a fun and supportive environment.
