DESCRIPTION:Aspiring Youth Academy\, in partnership with First Tee – Phoenix\, invites high school students to a hands-on Innovator Circle focused on golf\, leadership\, and entrepreneurship. \nTeens will learn golfing fundamentals\, explore leadership skills\, and hear how golf and entrepreneurship connect—with insights from the First Tee – Phoenix team on how lessons from the course translate into real-world confidence and decision-making. \nThis event will also feature special guest speakers Daryl and Derek Crawford\, twin brothers who bring valuable entrepreneurial insight and mindset shaped by a lifetime in golf. Daryl serves as General Manager of Papago Golf Club\, and Derek is the Tournament Director. Both played junior\, high school\, and college golf together\, ultimately competing as teammates at Arizona State University\, and will share how leadership\, service\, and an entrepreneurial approach
