Innovator Circle: Golf, Leadership & Entrepreneurship

Aspiring Youth Academy, in partnership with First Tee – Phoenix, invites high school students to a hands-on Innovator Circle focused on golf, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Teens will learn golfing fundamentals, explore leadership skills, and hear how golf and entrepreneurship connect—with insights from the First Tee – Phoenix team on how lessons from the course translate into real-world confidence and decision-making.
This event will also feature special guest speakers Daryl and Derek Crawford, twin brothers who bring valuable entrepreneurial insight and mindset shaped by a lifetime in golf. Daryl serves as General Manager of Papago Golf Club, and Derek is the Tournament Director.
