Camp Dates: March 6–9, 2027 (Prescott, AZ)

Camp Staff Mentors are expected to be present for the full duration of camp.

Camp Staff Mentor Roles

Camp Staff Mentors — play a key role in supporting students throughout their camp experience and helping create a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment. Responsibilities may include:

Cabin Staff Support — Supporting and supervising students in their living spaces, helping maintain structure, safety, and a positive community environment.

Group Mentors — Guiding student teams through daily schedules, activities, and reflection sessions while encouraging teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.

Activity & Workshop Support — Assisting with hands-on entrepreneurship sessions, financial literacy activities, and outdoor experiential learning challenges.

Mentorship & Engagement — Building relationships with students, offering encouragement, and helping them connect camp experiences to real-world skills and opportunities.

Camp Staff Mentor Benefits

  • Work directly with high school students on entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial literacy
  • Support a transformational, hands-on learning experience in a camp setting

      • Full Camp Staff Mentors (4 days): $750
      • Compensation reflects full participation for the entire camp duration (March 6–9, 2027)
