Aspiring Youth Academy: Empowering the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
At Aspiring Youth Academy (AYA), we believe in cultivating young leaders who will shape the future through innovation and entrepreneurship. Guided by our mission to ignite entrepreneurial spirit and our vision to invest in the innovations of tomorrow, we empower Teen Leaders to become drivers of meaningful change within their communities. In recognition of their dedication, we provide access to a cutting-edge educational curriculum through the AYA Innovation Hub powered by ASU, offering unparalleled opportunities for growth and learning. In addition, we offer mentorship and scholarship opportunities that are specifically designed to enhance their education, support their career paths, and further their entrepreneurial aspirations, ensuring that each student has the resources needed to thrive.
Our signature Aspiring Entrepreneurs Mentorship Program pairs students with successful young adult mentors and experienced local entrepreneurs through our Young Entrepreneurs Board. Together, they provide hands-on guidance to help students develop business strategies, build networks, manage finances, and overcome challenges.
AYA mentors ensure accountability, motivation, and tailored support to help teens launch and grow their businesses. Whether students are preparing for college, securing financial aid, or building career-ready skills, our program equips them with the tools, knowledge, and connections needed for long-term success.
