At AYA, we’re passionate about not just imparting entrepreneurial knowledge, but also fostering a nurturing environment that cultivates personal growth. We firmly believe in the transformative power of human connection. That is why our mentor program isn’t only designed for academic enrichment, but also for nurturing the overall well-being of our students.
In a world full of complexities, teenagers often seek guidance beyond their family circle. They yearn for a confidant, a support system, or a solution finder for their pressing concerns – financial aid, college readiness, skill enhancement, and more. That’s where our Young Entrepreneurs Mentor Board comes in.
Comprised of a dynamic group of young adults aged 18 to 24, the Board serves as a guiding beacon for our students. They’re not just mentors but also experienced navigators who have weathered similar challenges in their past. Their primary mission? To unabashedly support our students in their journey of growth and discovery.
