Turn your best moments into your best photos on iPhone. Starting with a tour of the Camera app, you’ll learn about the lenses on iPhone, lighting, portraits, and more. Then you’ll practice using different features to capture photos in fun, new ways. We’ll even share some of our favorite editing techniques. Bring your iPhone or we’ll provide the latest.

For sessions with amplified sound, hearing loop technology is available on request.

By signing below you consent to the following.

The following information is to be completed by Parent/Guardian:
My signature below indicates that I give permission for my child to participate in the Kids in Focus (KIF) photography program at Aspiring Youth Academy.
Release
All persons participating in the Kids in Focus program and all parents and guardians of such persons hereby waive forever all claims or causes of action against Kids in Focus and its volunteers for injury, accident, illness or other conditions arising out of, occurring during, or connected with a Kids in Focus activity.
Consent
The parties (Child and Parent/Legal Guardian) hereby give permission to Kids in Focus to use any photographs, voice recording, and video recording in which they are subjects. The parties recognize this material may be displayed and published, in any form which Kids in Focus deems fit, to publicize and promote the project and organization. I understand that KIF, its employees, and volunteers are mandated reporters pursuant to A.R.S. 13-3620 and are obligated to report any disclosure or suspicion of abuse or neglect.
Assignment of Copyright
The parties understand that the copyright for any photograph taken or writing produced as part of the project will be shared equally by Kids in Focus and the individual photographer/writer. Both Kids in Focus and the individual photographers/writers have the right to use, publish, and license the use of any photographs and/or writings for any purposes. The individual signing this Agreement on behalf of the child hereby appoints Kids in Focus as its representative to execute any copyright registration or other documents consistent with this Agreement. The parties agree that 100% of the proceeds of any sale of the photographs will go directly towards funding the Kids in Focus
project.
Medical Release
In case of an accident or serious illness, I request that the staff contact me. If I cannot be reached, I hereby authorize the staff to call 911. I have legal custody of my child and grant permission for any emergency treatment and/or hospital services.
